6. Paid Services

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Paid Services offered by WorldsIndia in addition to any service-specific terms that may apply. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms governing a particular Paid Service, the service-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

8. Membership Activation

Paid memberships are generally activated within two (2) working days after successful receipt of the applicable activation charges. Business profile creation, verification, or webpage development may require additional processing time based on the information and approvals provided by the member. No extension of the membership period shall be granted for such processing time.

9. Server Availability

Users acknowledge that the platform may utilize third-party hosting infrastructure and technical services. Accordingly, temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, cyber incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur. WorldsIndia shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or requests for extension of membership arising from such interruptions. Ltd. through phone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, chat, or other electronic means regarding your account, subscribed services, enquiries, updates, promotional offers, or other business-related communications, irrespective of your registration under any Do Not Call (DND) or similar registry, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Employees must disclose any existing or proposed external business activities to their immediate Team Leader or Reporting Manager and obtain approval from the Human Resources (HR) Department before undertaking such activities.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Compete

Employees shall not use any confidential information, intellectual property, business data, trade secrets, software, client information, or company resources belonging to Web Intermesh Pvt. Ltd. for any external business purpose. Employees are also prohibited from engaging in any business activity that directly or indirectly competes with the Company's business or the interests of its clients.

6. Performance Expectations

Any approved external business activity must not interfere with the employee's job responsibilities, work quality, attendance, punctuality, productivity, or overall performance at Web Intermesh Pvt. Ltd.

7. Full-Time Employment

Full-time employees are expected to devote their full working time, attention, and professional efforts to their employment with Web Intermesh Pvt. Ltd. during official working hours and shall not engage in any conflicting business activity that may adversely affect their employment obligations.

Employee Absconding Policy

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions outline the Company's policies and procedures relating to employee absconding.

2. Definition of Absconding

"Absconding" refers to a situation where an employee remains absent from work for an extended period without informing or obtaining approval from their Reporting Manager or the Human Resources (HR) Department.

3. Reporting of Absence

All employees are required to follow the Company's prescribed leave and absence reporting procedures. Employees must notify their immediate supervisor or the HR Department in advance of any planned leave or, in the event of an emergency, as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Unauthorized Absence

An employee who remains absent from work continuously for three (3) consecutive working days without providing any information or approval may be treated as having absconded from employment.

Notice Period Policy

All employees are required to serve a mandatory notice period of 15 days before resigning from employment with Web Intermesh Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise approved by the Management in writing. The notice period enables the Company to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities and arrange a suitable replacement. Employees who fail to serve the required notice period may become ineligible to receive pending dues, salary, incentives, experience letters, relieving letters, or other employment-related benefits, subject to applicable laws and Company policies.

Ltd., its affiliated businesses, sister concerns, and authorized service providers for business promotion, directory listings, search engine indexing, and other legitimate business purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Permission

Registered Users grant WorldsIndia a non-exclusive right to use, display, reproduce, and publish their trademarks, logos, business names, product images, catalogues, and other intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting their business listings and services on the platform.

12. URL Ownership

All profile URLs, web addresses, landing pages, and custom URLs created or assigned by WorldsIndia remain the exclusive property of WorldsIndia. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any such URL at its sole discretion without prior notice. WorldsIndia shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from such changes.

The Primary Contact Number feature is provided to improve customer experience and help Paid Members receive maximum business enquiries. If a customer is unable to reach a Paid Member through the registered Primary Number, WorldsIndia may contact the customer on behalf of the Paid Member solely to facilitate communication and prevent the loss of genuine business opportunities.

Information Posted by Users

1. Responsibility for Posted Information

Only Registered Users are permitted to publish business information through the self-submission tools or other services available on the WorldsIndia platform. All information posted by a User shall remain the sole responsibility of that User. WorldsIndia acts only as an intermediary platform and does not assume ownership or responsibility for any information submitted by Users.

2. Accuracy of Information

Every User represents and warrants that all information submitted to WorldsIndia is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. Users agree to promptly update any information whenever necessary. By submitting such content, the User grants WorldsIndia a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, publish, reproduce, distribute, and promote such information across its platform, partner websites, search engines, promotional materials, and other marketing channels solely for business promotion purposes.

Limitation of Liability

1. No Warranty

All services, features, and information available on WorldsIndia are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. WorldsIndia makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, merchantability, quality, availability, or suitability of any information, products, or services displayed on the platform.

While every effort is made to deliver relevant enquiries, WorldsIndia does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or conversion of any Buy Lead.

9. Business Transactions

Every User acknowledges that WorldsIndia acts only as an online B2B marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers. All commercial negotiations, transactions, agreements, deliveries, payments, and disputes shall be conducted directly between the respective parties. WorldsIndia shall not be responsible for the outcome of any business transaction.

10. Pharmaceutical & Cosmetic Products

WorldsIndia provides only an online platform for displaying pharmaceutical and cosmetic products listed by suppliers. The Company does not participate in the sale, purchase, storage, or delivery of such products. Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and all other applicable laws, regulations, licences, and government notifications. WorldsIndia reserves the right to remove any listing that violates applicable laws or receives a valid legal complaint.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, brand names, graphics, designs, software, content, and other intellectual property displayed on WorldsIndia are the exclusive property of WorldsIndia, Web Intermesh Pvt. Buyer & Supplier Policy

1. B2B Marketplace Disclaimer

WorldsIndia is an online B2B marketplace that facilitates business connections between buyers and suppliers. The Company does not directly participate in commercial transactions or guarantee business orders. Buyers and suppliers are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of each other before entering into any transaction. Users are advised to remain cautious of fraudulent activities or scams.

2. Buy Lead Revision Policy

If a Buy Lead is found to be invalid due to reasons such as an incorrect phone number, invalid email address, or non-existent business, the client may request one replacement lead within the same calendar month. Requests relating to previous months shall not be accepted.

3. Growth Accelerator Plan

Under the Growth Accelerator Plan, members may utilize up to 3,000 Buy Leads during the validity period of the plan. This update applies only to the Buy Lead usage limit, while all other plan features and benefits remain unchanged.
